40's Black Felt Hat with Spiral Ribbon Accent and Veil by Medfield cycling wear Pendant is 1”1940s black wool felt hat by Medfield. It has a whimsical spiral ribbon wrapped accent on the front, anchored at the bottom with a large diamond shaped faceted and pronged glass stone. There is a fine black netting wrapped around the crown. It's in good condition with the following slight flaws the veil has some breaks in the netting and needs to be secured again on the right side. The elastic strap inside is unattached on one side. There is a place
