2018 Tirus Cuvée Brut Nature Wagner Stempel Bio bright and still elegant fromOrganically certified by DE ko 022 The Tirus is clear, golden yellow with a very fine, creamy perlage. Incredibly multi layered and complex in aroma, with fruity notes of peach and melon paired with balsamic aromas of toast, caramel, vanilla and brioche. Very dry, fine, almost foamy mousse, a balanced fresh acidity with a lot of tension, a very slim, mineral body with astonishing length and extremely high balance. Drinking temperature: 6 8C
