Sie wird nach der Metodo Classico hergestellt derselben traditionellen Flaschengrung wie Champagner. Die Cuve besteht aus Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco und Pinot Nero aus biologisch bewirtschafteten Weinbergen. Nach der
