Stanton & Killeen White Fortified 500ml Size::12 Bottle Case layered with some earthy mushroomWe use a blend of different white varieties to give our White Fortified its characteristic aromatics and floral flavours, including Chardonnay, Muscadelle and Viognier. Grapes are picked when they show luscious fruit flavours but before they start to raisin. The juice undergoes a short fermentation before we stop the fermentation with grape spirit. The wine is then matured in a range of different old oak barrels before blending and bottling. The wines
