It is a blend of 8 parcels of very old vines. Some of them are 120 years old. This is the largest cuvee of the estate. Floral, orange, and unripe peach aroma that is both invigorating and pleasant. Flavors of melon and minerals are present in this wine with a medium heavy body and medium acidity. Wine of the highest quality; perfect for an aperitif.
