Victorian Buckle Brooch S but does have a lotHefty antique Victorian cloak pin is plated brass covered in lush 3 dimensional roses and leaves. The long C clasp pin also has a buckle style tong in the center, which can give the appearance of a buckle when worn. Marking None Stats 3 1 2" wide X 2 1 4" high Condition Excellent.
